All Exhaustion Perks in Dead by Daylight
All Exhaustion Perks
Exhaustion perks are one of the core mechanics in the game Dead by Daylight. They are used in order to escape or evade the killer. They are also very useful during chases. They all have different unique conditions they require in order to be activated. But when they do they can change the course of the trial. In this article I will explain all of the exhaustion perks and what they do.
Adrenaline
This perk looks like a heart being stabbed with a needle. It is activated once all of the generators are completed. It will heal you from one health state. Also on addition to this health state you gain a 150% speed boost for 5 seconds. It truly helps get you out of a pinch at the end of a trial.
Balanced Landing
This perk is used when you are on elevated surfaces and you can jump off. When you do your stun is reduced by 75% and you gain a speed boost of 150% for 5 seconds. Your grunts and muffles are also silenced during the duration of the perk activation.
Dead Hard
This perk is one of the most commonly used and can alter the course of a chase and sometimes can even alter the course of an entire trial. When you are injured dead hard can be activated. By pressing the active ability button which is a on xbox, you dash with a burst of speed. You cannot take any damage during the duration of the dash.
Head On
When you stay in a locker for at least 3 seconds Head On activates. When you do a rushed exit of the locker and the killer is within close proximity the killer will be momentarily stunned. However you cannot use head on when you have stillness crows. Meaning you cannot AFK in a locker and jump out when the killer comes close.
When you stun the killer with a pallet you gain a speed boost of 150% for a maximum of 4 seconds. It is a great perk for when you are in a close chase and you run out of things to use in your enviroment, if you manage to get the pallet stun you will be able to move quickly to your next objective.
This is personally my favorite because you can sometimes avoid chases all together. And it is not as circumstantial as the rest of the perks. Lithe activates when you fast vault over anything. You gain a 150% speed boost for three seconds. It is great because if you are not injured you can quickly sprint away and hide and by the time the killer catches up using your scratch marks you are already hidden.
This is one of the most common perks used by most survivors. It activates when you start sprinting. You break out into a sprint and gain a 150% speed boost for a maximum of 3 seconds.
All of these perks cause the exhaustion status effect for more information on what that does I wrote an article about it for you and you can find that here hope it helps: https://thewitlessgamer.blogspot.com/2021/06/what-is-exhaustion-perk-in-dead-by.html
